Why should I choose your villa?
Our villa was completed in May 2003, to a very high standard. The pool is customised to such a degree that even the builder states that he has not seen a pool like ours before! The villa is situated within minutes of Disney World and the complex provides facilities such as Tennis courts, Soccer pitch, Basketball court and a children's play area. The interior furnishings are also of the highest standard. We feel certain that once you have stayed at our villa you will return, and recommend us to your friends and relatives.
 
Why should I stay in a villa and not a Hotel?
Hotels within the Disney area can be very expensive and you may find that your entire family can stay in a villa for the cost of one person at an hotel! In addition to this, an hotel generally offers you the one room. A villa on the other hand, offers you an entire property with the luxury of a private heated pool and spa.

Within a short drive you will find a great selection to choose from including:

Is there anything for children to do in the villa?
The pool is always available and there is a childrens play area close by.
We have provided a selection of books and games as well as video's, CD's and DVD's for use during your stay.
 
Are all towels and linen provided?
All towels and linen are provided, as well as beach towels for the pool area and for use at the water parks.
 
Where do I collect my key?
You do not need a key to let yourself into the villa. We have recently fitted a 'keyless' lock. You will be informed of your personal code shortly before your arrival date. This means that you can go directly to the villa on your arrival, rather than having to find an agents office to collect keys.
 
If I need a highchair or buggy, where do I go?

We provide a highchair, buggy, baby bath and cot free of charge.
We have also provided a safety rail, which can be fitted to a single bed as the 'next step' up from a cot.

 
Do you offer any late availability discounts / early booking discounts ?
Please enquire about your preferred dates to see if we can offer you a discounted rate.
 
What about a coolbox?
We provide cool boxes and ice blocks, as well as non-breakable plates and glasses for use whilst away from the property.
 
Who looks after the property?
We employ a professional property management company who look after the villa and who are always available to offer our guests any assistance.
 
What if I have a problem during my stay?
Our management company will deal with any issues that may arise during your stay. They are based on Indian Creek so help and advice is never far away.
 
Do you accept pets?
We are sorry but we do not allow pets at the villa.
 
Do you allow smoking in the villa?
We do ask that our guests refrain from smoking inside the villa. We would like to keep the villa in top condition, so that further guests will enjoy it as much as we know you will. We find that many guests prefer a smoke free environment and we therefore request that smoking be done outside.
 
What deposit do I need to pay?
1. A reservation deposit of 20% is required.
2. A further deposit of £200 or $350.00 acts as a security against any damage that may be caused. This deposit is refundable once our management company has confirmed the villa to be in good order and all utility bills covering your stay have been viewed by us.
 
Is there a telephone in the villa?

Yes. The villa does have it's own phone and answer machine. The phone is set up to allow you to make FREE local, national and international calls.

 
Does the villa have an alarm or safe?
There is a safe for guests to use within the villa. It is code activated and we will send you the details just prior to your departure.
An alarm system has been installed for use at the property. Each group of guests is issued with an individual code for their party.
 
What sort of temperatures should I expect?
